David-Muir

David Muir (born August 25 1948) is an American journalist, anchor and reporter. The most famous of his work is for World News Tonight. The show is animated and features shocking videos of celeb gossip the show has grown into the top-rated news program in America. Made In America is his Emmy award-winning series. He was the principal substitute anchor of Diane Sawyer's successor Diane Sawyer before taking over ABC World News Tonight. He has reported numerous show specials during the primetime hours of ABC News some recent ones being Breaking Point: Heroin in America as well as Flashpoint Refugees in America. The reporter has covered stories from all over the globe, including Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti. He's the winner of multiple Emmy Awards, Edward R. Murrow Honors and awards from Associated Press.
