Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer of Learning Ally, responsible for managing all of our People, Talent and Culture processes. Annmarie is a highly skilled Human Resources leader with 30 years experience. She's worked across a range of industries working with managers and teams to enhance business results, particularly during times of growth and rapid transformation by developing, aligning, and leading an overall strategy for people. As a consultant in translating business and human strategies into strategic goals of companies and plans been a part of organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. She has a love of learning and believes that team building and leadership as the best advantage. She has extensive experience working with smaller and mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven performance and outcomes that were successful led to the creation of organizations that were able to embrace changes and learning to positively impact individuals teams as well as the entire organization. Annmarie was inspired to donate her talent and resources to further support Learning Ally's mission. In her spare time, she also provides support to several nonprofit organizations. Annmarie is an active member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. She also provides training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
