Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Iceland's Reykjavik. She is also a coach as well as trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the only woman ever to win the CrossFit Games two times. In both 2010, and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is an athlete in weightlifting CrossFit as well as a popular media personality. She has gained fame for being the only woman who has ever won two CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. Other accomplishments include securing Dubai Fitness Championships in 2013, 2017 and 2013. Annie, her parents, and her siblings were born and grew up within Reykjavik Iceland. She was a keen sportsperson and began working out at an early age. Her first competition was CrossFit in California in 2009. Her performance was good at her very first games. Annie Thorisdottir was aged 31 (by in 2021). Her height is about 5'7 and her weight approximately 67 kilograms. Annie was the first to begin CrossFit Training in California at the age of 2009. The first time she competed, she did very well and placed in top 10 among 70. However, she was unable to achieve any success in this tournament and she ended the tournament with a score of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. With the guidance of Jami Tikkanen, Annie placed second in CrossFit Games and was awarded an award of Silver that year. Following that, she participated again in CrossFit events and thanks to her outstanding performance she was able to win the competition becoming the first female to take home a trophy at CrossFit Games. Annie, who had an impressive 2012. CrossFit Games performance, became the very first woman to have won each of the CrossFit Games. Additionally, in 2014, she won a silver medal and in the year 2021 she won bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie is a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie is an athlete on the rise who has been the face of various brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs and Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration and the Sidekick Yorbae. Additionally, she has a self-titled Youtube channel with a few thousand subscribers where her training diet videos, family and travel vlogs are uploaded.
