Luciana Paoluzzi, as well as Maria Rota Paoluzzi were raised in Rome. Luciana Paoluzzi is the daughter of Manlio Paoluzzi (an Italian military officer) as well as Maria Rota Paoluzzi (a mistress of Benito Mussolini). There's no evidence of her having any siblings. Luciana attended the local high school and, after graduation in 1955, was a student at the Naval Engineering department of the Scientific Academy of Milan. It was her only female within the class. Luciana started out as a fashion model after just two years. Her career changed soon afterward, as by chance, she got her first acting role as a character in Three Coins in the Fountain. Her initial husband was Brett Halsey who is also an actor. They got married in 1960 and made the movie Return to the Peyton Palace. Luciana had the custody of Charles born on 13 June 1961. They divorced one year later. Luciana was in a relationship with Tony Athony between 1962 until 1970. He was an actor and producer who was influenced to write and produce The Spaghetti Western hybrid based on her role in the film as Green Slime.
